Conditions of participation

1. Organizer
   The competition is organized by Luisa Cerano GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "Organizer"), Weberstraß 1, 72622 Nürtingen, Germany.
2. Eligibility
   All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Luisa Cerano GmbH and their relatives as well as other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
3. Participation period
   The competition begins on 22.12.2024 and ends on 19.01.2025.
4. Conditions of participation
   Participation takes place by completing and submitting the competition form on the official landing page of Luisa Cerano during the above-mentioned period.
5. Prizes
   The following prizes will be raffled off: A voucher worth 700 euros in the official Luisa Cerano online store.
6. Determination of winners
   The winner will be drawn at random after the end of the participation period and notified by e-mail. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.
7. Data protection
   The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer
   The organizer is not liable for technical faults, failures or delays that could affect participation in the competition.
9. Exclusion from participation
   The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these conditions of participation or suspected manipulation.
10. Miscellaneous
    Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. The competition is not connected to third parties such as social networks or platforms.

By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
