Purchase on account is carried out via our external payment service provider Klarna. This payment method is available if a positive credit check is carried out by Klarna and the order value does not exceed 2,500 €. The credit check is automated and Luisa Cerano GmbH has no influence on the result.

If the check is positive, you can complete the purchase using the "Invoice with Klarna" payment method. In special cases, Klarna may not approve the purchase on account.

A payment term of 30 days applies after receipt of the invoice. The payment is processed by Klarna and you will receive detailed payment information from Klarna by email and/or via the Klarna app.

Steps:

• Select "Invoice with Klarna" as the payment method at checkout and decide whether you want to pay within 30 days.
• After the purchase, you will receive detailed payment information from Klarna by e-mail and/or via the Klarna app. Payment can be made conveniently via the Klarna app or online. If a problem occurs, the payment can be temporarily paused.
• If you want to return the goods, you can simply register a return in the Klarna app to pause the invoice until the return has been processed. Klarna will update the invoice as soon as the goods have arrived at Luisa Cerano and have been processed.

Klarna's buyer protection policy always applies to purchases made with Klarna. Modern security measures protect your information to prevent unauthorized purchases.
